Pancakes with Sisters.
Veggie Pie.
Cut up a thing of brcolli. Or however it's spelt.
Cut up a small zucchini.
A small potato.
Small onion.
Dump them in a skillet with a tablespool olive oil.
Cook them till they're kinda tenderish.
Dump them in a greased pie plate.
Stir in a cup of grated cheedar.
IN A SEPORATE BOWL.
Beat two eggs.
Add a cup of milk.
A half cup TJ's mulitgrain baking mix. Or something similar.
Stir in a bit of grated parmesan.
Dump contents of this bowl in the pie plate.
Grate some more parm on top.
Stick it in the oven at 400
For about 35 minutes.
We had this for dinner tonight and everyone polished their plates. and then my dad polished the pie plate. with an extra slice of pie.
